Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-405

Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-405 by DKSH is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).

• It is widely used as an efficient additive for ABS compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar and abrasion resistance.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5%.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
• It is available in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands).
• t provides improved surface quality like surface slip, lower Coefficient of friction, greater abrasion and scratch resistance.
• It gives faster throughput, reduced product defect rate and enhanced stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants.
