PUREstab B225

PUREstab B225 distributed by DKSH is a processing and long-term thermal stabilizer system. It is a synergistic blend of PUREFOS 168, an organo-phosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis which protects during the polymer processing and PUREstab 1010 a hindered phenolic antioxidant.

• It offers maintenance of original melt flow, low color formation and long-term thermal stability.
• PUREstab B225 is used in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers.
• Other applications include engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, and other organic substrates.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.25% for polyolefins depending on substrate and processing conditions.
