LYSI -306C

LYSI -306C distributed by DKSH is a siloxane polymer masterbatch. This anti-scratch agent and processing aid is an upgraded version of LYSI-306. It possesses enhanced compatibility with the polypropylene (PP) matrix.

• This results in lower phase segregation of the final surface, this means it stays on the surface of the final plastics without any migration or exudation, reducing fogging, VOCS or odors.
• LYSI -306C offers improvement in many aspects like quality, aging, hand feel and reduced dust buildup.
• It improves the anti-scratch properties of TPE, TPV PP, PP/PPO talc filled systems.
• It is used in classical melt blending process like single/twin screw extruders & injection molding.
• It is suitable for automotive interior surface such as door panels, dashboards, center consoles and instrument panels.
• The dosage level of this additive is 1.5-5% (w/w) and has a shelf life of 24 months.
