DEUREX® P 36

DEUREX® P 36 by Deurex is a non-polar polypropylene wax. It is very suitable to produce PVC pipes. It acts as a strong external lubricant. It provides less pressure in the extruder and regulation of gelling in Pb- and Ca-Zn-stabilized PVC systems, easy dispersion. It offers very low viscosity, air classification process with particle size < 150 µm, temperature-stability, glossy surface layer, easy migration, reduced metal adhesion, improved compatibility, improved flow, excellent transparency even at high dosages, low melt viscosity, improved toughness, elasticity and impact strength. DEUREX® P 36 is recommended for window profiles, pipes, flooring, rigid sheets, packaging, plastisol applications and soft PVC applications such as cables and films. It is approved by FDA 21 CFR § 175.300.
