Hostavin® ARO 8 powder by Clariant is a cost effective, hydroxy-benzophenone-based UV absorber. It protects polymers against damage from UV by physical transformation of the UV radiation into heat. It is recommended especially for LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PS HI, ABS/SAN, PET, PBT, PC, POM and TPU. Hostavin® ARO 8 powder has a shelf life of 3 years.
