Hostavin® ARO 8 flakes by Clariant is a cost effective, hydroxy-benzophenone UV absorber. It protects polymers against damage from UV by physical transformation of the UV radiation into heat. It is recommended especially for LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PS HI, ABS/SAN, PET, PBT, PC, POM and TPU. Hostavin® ARO 8 flakes has a shelf life of 3 years.
