Hostanox® SE 4 by Clariant is a sulphur containing co-stabilizer for plastics. Also acts an effective secondary antioxidant. It enhances long term heat stability and color stability and is a synergistic with phenolic antioxidants such as Hostanox® O 3. Compatible with polyolefins (particularly polypropylene) and their copolymers, styrene polymers, polybutene-1, polyoxymethylene and other organic substrates.
Hostanox® SE 4 has a minimum shelf life of 3 years.
