Hostanox® O 3 Powder

Hostanox® O 3 Powder by Clariant is a phenolic antioxidant with high resistance against hydrolysis designed for applications where the final article comes in contact with extractive media such as water, fat. Imparts high color retention.

• It is suitable with stabilization of polyolefins (PP, HDPE, LLDPE), Polyamides, ABS, styrenic polymers, polyesters, synthetic elastomers and in particular for engineering thermoplastic elastomers.
• In combination with sulphur containing co-stabilizers, such as Hostanox® SE 10 and Hostanox® SE 4, it leads to a pronounced synergistic effect concerning long term thermal stability respectively oven life.
• It is an excellent booster for OIT for pipes applications.
• Hostanox® O 3 Powder has a minimum shelf life is 3 years.
