Hostanox® O 3 Pills

Hostanox® O 3 Pills by Clariant is a phenolic antioxidant with high resistance against hydrolysis. Recommended for the stabilization of polyolefins (PP, HDPE, LLDPE), Polyamides, ABS, styrenic polymers, polyesters, synthetic elastomers, and in particular for engineering thermoplastic elastomers with a high extraction resistance.

• Exhibits exceptional resistance to extractive media and chlorinated water, high color retention.
• Hostanox® O 3 Pills is an excellent booster for OIT for pipes applications.
• In combination with sulphur containing co-stabilizers, such as Hostanox® SE 10 and Hostanox® SE 4, it leads to a pronounced synergistic effect concerning long term thermal stability respectively oven life.
• It has a minimum shelf life is 3 years.
