Optislip™ SR (Bead) by Cargill is a fast migrating, refined stearamide-based slip and anti-block agent that provides anti-blocking performance at low temperatures.
- It disperses evenly through the polymer in the melt phase and migrates to the surface where it forms a thin lubricating layer that reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.
- Exhibits good mold release and is suitable for polyolefins and rubber applications.
- Recommended addition level is 500-2000 ppm for films and 0.2-1.0% for molding applications.
- Optislip™ SR (Bead) has a shelf life of 365 days.
