Incroslip™ B by Cargill is a specially developed high slip additive with exceptional stability and low odor properties. It is also used as a torque release agent in caps & closures. It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase.
- It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer which reduces coefficient of friction between surfaces and prevents any unwanted adhesion.
- It offers low taste and exceptional oxidative stability.
- It exhibits anti-block and mold release properties.
- It is suitable for injection molding, polyolefin, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polyvinylchloride (PVC) and biopolymers applications.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.2% for film and 0.2-0.5% for cap applications.
- Incroslip™ B has a shelf life of 1 year.
