PLASBLAK® PE6213

PLASBLAK® PE6213 by Cabot is a high-performance small particle-sized 40% carbon black masterbatch, antioxidant and processing aid with PE as a carrier. It is designed for use in the manufacture of irrigation pipe. It offers enhanced long term weathering protection and excellent protection against thermal degradation during both processing and service life. It provides excellent microscopic dispersion quality, improved processability with the superior surface appearance and potential for higher production speeds. It is compatible with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP resins. It is suitable for use in a wide range of plastics that come into contact with food. It is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. PLASBLAK® PE6213 has a dosage level of 5-7% masterbatch.
