BRUGGOLEN® P30

BRUGGOLEN® P30 by Brüggemann is a mixture of processing stabilizers, nucleating agents and lubricants. It is a processing auxiliary for use in polyamides. It offers improved melt flow, protection of the polymer against degradation caused by shear stress and stabilization against thermal degradation & yellowing. It provides reduction of overall cycle time, better surface & mold release for finished parts, reduced post-shrinkage, better dimensional stability, less warpage, increased tear strength and stiffness. It is suitable for processing by dry blending, compounding on twin screw extrusion machines and injection molding. The dosage level of the grade is 0.5-1.0%, depending on the polyamide and the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of BRUGGOLEN® P30 is 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.
