BRUGGOLEN® H3344

BRUGGOLEN® H3344 by Brüggemann is antioxidant mixture of copper complexes and halogen containing synergists in powder form. Acts as a heat stabilizer and antioxidant. Provides long-term stabilization against loss of mechanical properties up to 180°C, effective processing stabilization against polymer degradation, complete solubility in polyamides, no deposits in filter packs, no interruption of the spinning process and high extraction resistance against water, alcohols, fats, oils, glycols, organic solvents. Exhibits improved properties of tyre cord, less migration of copper ions into the rubber, no deposits (‘plate – out’) on the surface of fibers and maintenance of surface gloss over a long period of time. Offers full solubility in the polymer melt, thus well suited for fiber spinning. BRUGGOLEN® H3344 can be processed using injection molding, extrusion and dry blending. Compatible with polyamides. Recommended dosage is 0.2–1%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
