BRUGGOLEN® H324

BRUGGOLEN® H324 by Brüggemann functions as an antioxidant and heat stabilizer. Designed for unfilled and glass reinforced polyamides. It is a synergistic composition of cuprous (3.3%), halogen containing synergists, and fatty acid derivatives along with an effective lubricant. It protects polyamides against embrittlement under long-term exposure of high temperatures. Suitable for processing by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines, dry blending and injection molding. Also provides protection against premature fatigue of mechanical properties under aggressive conditions caused by heat, chemicals and/ or weather. It generates a typical greenish or bluish discoloration after conditioning. It is recommended at a dosage level of 0.2-0.6 % (equivalent to 66-200 ppm Cu). Shelf life of BRUGGOLEN® H324 is 12 months.
