BRUGGOLEN® H20

BRUGGOLEN® H20 by Brüggemann is a mixture of amine based antioxidants and co-stabilizers in powder form. Acts as a heat stabilizer. Provides powerful protection to finished parts under aggressive conditions against embrittlement and premature fatigue of mechanical properties, long term heat stability at temperatures up to 150°C, excellent improvement of hydrolysis resistance under acidic or alkaline conditions, very effective protection against hot glycols, oils and fats, efficient protection against degradation during processing, very good compatibility, good identification due to its typical translucent, not darkening brownish color. BRUGGOLEN® H20 may be used in all dark colored types and is highly efficient not only in unreinforced, but also in reinforced types, especially along with glass-fibers. Compatible with polyamides (PA6, PA66). It can be processed using dry blending, twin-screw extruder and injection molding. Recommended dosage is 0.5-1.0%. Shelf life is at least 12 months.
