BRB Siloen® PDA 222

BRB Siloen® PDA 222 by BRB International BV is a pigment dispersant. It is an easy to handle, cost effective alkyl modified siloxane for plastics. It allows higher filler/ pigment contents. Improves dispersion properties of inorganic fillers like titanium dioxide and talc, both organic and inorganic pigments as well as flame retardants. It can be used with PE, EVA, PP, PA, PET and PBT. Offers water repellency, better gloss and color strength enhancement and higher heat resistance than organic dispersant. It avoids yellowing and prevents pigment floating and flooding. It is recommended at a dosage level of 1-3 % to allow up to 30-40 % organic pigment filling. BRB Siloen® PDA 222 complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3725.
