Queo™ 0207LA by Borealis is an ethylene based octene-1 elastomer produced in a solution polymerisation process using a metallocene catalyst. Acts as an impact modifier for polypropylene (PP). Provides high flexibility, surface softness and high clarity. Exhibits low temperature impact strength, outstanding toughness and puncture resistance. Offers low temperature hot tack properties and excellent low temperature flex-cracking resistance. Shows high filler and oil acceptance. It contains a low amount of processing stabilizers. Shows versatile blending with other polyolefins in film, extrusion and molding applications. Queo™ 0207LA is recommended for flexible barrier films applications and PP toughness modification.
