Plasticyl™ PVC1001 by Birla Carbon is a conductive masterbatch based on plasticized PVC (polyvinyl chloride) with 10wt% NC7000. It offers excellent electrical conductivity at low loadings, easy processing and good retention of mechanical properties. It is a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) thermoplastic concentrate designed for applications requiring electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties. Plasticyl™ PVC1001 is used for producing PVC antistatic compounds, rigid or soft depending on the dilution resin.
