Elastocyl™ X1-FKM MB

Elastocyl™ X1-FKM MB by Birla Carbon is a high performance FKM masterbatch based on a copolymer gum to be bisphenol cured. It is loaded with 20 wt% of Nanocyl’s multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) NC7000™. Offers excellent surface finish and excellent electrical conductivity at low loading.

• It is free from curing agent and provides ease of processing.
• It shows retention of key mechanical properties.
• It also offers increased abrasion resistance, UV resistance and gas decompression resistance.
• Designed to demonstrate the impact of optimized carbon nanotube (CNT) dispersions on elastomer performances.
• Possess homogeneous CNT dispersion which enables enhanced property development and allow customers to fully leverage the benefits.
• It is compatible with conventional filler systems which reduces the need for extensive reformulation and accelerates the customers product innovation.
