EcoPure®

EcoPure® by Bio-Tec Environmental is a blend of organic ingredients used as an additive in plastic applications. In treated products, it allows plastic to biodegrade through a series of chemical and biological processes in a landfill disposal and marine environment. It allows microbes to create a biofilm that coats the plastic and further break down the chemical bonds of polymer chains at an accelerated rate.

• It is more effective than compostable and oxo-degradable plastic waste solutions.
• It does not impact the integrity, quality, strength, durability, shelf life or other desirable properties of plastics.
• It requires no retooling of existing manufacturing equipment or processes, making it easy to implement.
• EcoPure® is suitable for EVA, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, GPPS, PA, PP, HIPS, PET, PETG, PC and PVC.
• The typical dosage level is less than 1% and the recommended dosage level is 0.7-4% by weight, depending on the product application.
