Baerocid® L – 1A by Baerlocher is a stearic acid grade. It functions as a lubricant. It is a greasy-smelling, somewhat yellow substance that is insoluble in water. The requirements of the Directive 2002/72/EC (and all of its amendments) for plastic materials and items intended to come into contact with food are met by Baerocid® L – 1A.
