XIRAN® SZ26080

XIRAN® SZ26080 is an amorphous thermoplastic random SMA (styrene maleic anhydride) copolymer. It acts as an HDT/Vicat enhancer. Enhances the thermal and dimensional stability, surface adhesion properties and melt viscosity in a number of engineering polymer systems. Compatible with ABS, PMMA, PA and PVC. XIRAN® SZ26080 can be processed in all types of regular polymer processing equipment and can be added to compounding extruder through regular feeder systems. Recommended for good dispersion in styrenic polymer like ABS, twin screw extruders with a mild screw configuration and vacuum degassing facility. It can be converted to its ammonium salt water-based applications for coatings, sizing agents and binders. Recommended dosage level is upto 50 %.
