XERAN® C29

XERAN® C29 acts as a compatibilizer with low maleic anhydride reactivity and medium molecular weight. Present as white granules. It possesses high glass transition temperature and good processing properties. Compatibilize polymer systems like PC, PBT or PET with styrenics like ABS, ASA or SAN and increases impact properties. XERAN® C29 can be processed in all types of regular polymer processing equipment. Recommended for good dispersion in styrenic polymer like ABS, twin screw extruders with a mild screw configuration and vacuum degassing facility. Recommended dosage level is 1-5%. This product is no longer available and has been replaced by XIBOND™ series
