Durastrength® 200

Durastrength® 200 by Arkema is a general-purpose acrylic impact modifier that improves the impact properties of rigid vinyl products. It offers outstanding long-term weather resistance, color, impact retention, room and low-temperature impact resistance in combination with unsurpassed ease of processing. Its wide processing window assures a consistently flawless surface finish.

• Due to its low melt viscosity, extrusion temperatures are lower, resulting in enhanced compound stability and output, prolonging screw and barrel life.
• In injection molding formulations, it imparts excellent flow & high gloss to rigid vinyl products.
• It is recommended for vinyl siding, window profiles and fencing applications.
• Durastrength® 200 is also ideally suited for impact modification of pipe, conduit and injection molded goods.
