REHEAT ADDITIVE

REHEAT ADDITIVE is available in the form of cylindrical pellets. Inclusion of the additive into PET helps the polymer to reflect less infrared light, allowing it to reheat faster. It also IR heat lamps to run at lower temperatures, resulting in energy cost savings. It meets FDA standards for use in food contact applications. It is customized for inclusion in most masterbatch colors. It also allows greater percentage of “good” bottles to be produced, improving cycle times. Recommended dosage is as low as 0.05% depending on the concentrate.
