Converge® polyol FF-1

Supplied byAether Industries- Last Updated on Apr 22, 2024

Converge® polyol FF-1 by Aether Industries is a polyol blend optimized for viscosity and hydroxyl number. Carbon dioxide accounts for approximately 13% of the polyol mass. The aliphatic polycarbonate backbone delivers unique high performance to polyurethanes in terms of both strength and environmental resistance. In flexible foam applications, foams with excellent feel, fine cell structure, and improved load bearing properties have been observed. Converge® polyol FF-1 provides the capability to build load in foam without the use of styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN). It is compatible with standard chain extenders, surfactants, and catalysts. Primarily for use in polyether-based flexible slabstock foam.
