CALMAST – AD2 by A Dong Plastic is a calcium carbonate based additive masterbatch containing 74% of the effective substance in 26% PP, PE carrier resin with some other additives. Acts as a filler. Improves printability on finished product's surface. Provides antiblock effect on the surface of PE film products. Reduces cost of the finished products and increases the output. Recommended for injection molding, intrusion molding and blown film processes. Suitable for shopping bags, garbage bags, advanced jumbo bags, twine and string. Compatible with PP, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE. Addition ratio ranges from 5% to 40% by weight depending on the specific product and adjusted based on specific production and technology conditions.
