Alvinox 110

Alvinox 110 by 3V Sigma is a sterically hindered phenolic anti-oxidant for organic and polymeric substrates. It has high molecular weight and reacts efficiently with peroxy radicals and slowing down the chain reaction process that facilitates thermal oxidation. Exhibits long term heat stabilization, low volatility and high processing. It shows compatibility and synergism with broad range of additives. Used with co-stabilizers and light stabilizers. Recommended for elastomer, polyethylene and polypropylene based applications like thin and thick articles. The recommended dosage level of Alvinox 110 is 0.05 to 0.50%. It is added at 0.1-0.3% in polypropylene (PP), 0.025-0.10% in polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE) and 0.2-0.5% in elastomers.
