3M™ Glass Bubbles iM30K by 3M is a chemically inert soda-lime-borosilicate glass filler. This grade exhibits chemical resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance and lower film permeability. Possesses low alkalinity, high strength, low-density of dry film, exterior solar reflectivity, low thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, easier washability and scrub & burnish resistance. Provides high-build/low-slump, higher filler loading, reduced gloss, shrinkage & warpage, more uniform sheen, viscosity control at high PVCs with low solvent content. Is non-combustible and non-porous, so it does not absorb resin. It maintains or improves opacity, viscosity, flow, leveling and sprayability. It has long shelf life and the potential to lengthen time before condensation develops. Spherical shape reflects light effectively in all directions. 3M™ Glass Bubbles iM30K is applicable for use in many plastics and elastomers.
