Soluble Dyes for Plastic Compounds

NYRIM® Black Masterbatch by Brüggemann is a viscous, black color dye. It is used for producing cast polyamide. Typical products of cast poly­amide extend from large, low-tension semi-finished products, such as bars, tubes, and plates, to complex, often thick-walled molded parts that cannot be manu­fac­tured through injec­tion molding or extru­sion. The dosage level of NYRIM® Black Masterbatch is 0.2-0.5%. It is used in rough and tough applications.

BRUGGOLEN® C403 by Brüggemann is a black dye. It offers prolonged open time and toughness. It provides a highly cost effective system for moldings. The dosage level of the product is <0.1%. BRUGGOLEN® C403 is used for AP-NYLON® cast polyamides.

BRUGGOLEN® C407 by Brüggemann is a blue dye. It offers prolonged open time and toughness. It provides a highly cost effective system for moldings. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® C407 is 0.05%. It is used for AP-NYLON® cast polyamides.

MACROLEX® Green 5B FG distributed by DKSH is a solvent dye based pigment. It is suitable for coloring in engineering plastics like PS, SB, ABS, PA, SAN, PMMA, PC, PA6/PA6.6, PET and PBT.

• It is green with a blue cast powder.

MACROLEX® Red EG Gran distributed by DKSH is perinone dyestuff-based pigment. It is a solvent-soluble dye for plastics with high heat stability, good lightfastness, weather resistance, high color strength and outstanding brilliance.

Papilion® Red S-A2G distributed by DKSH is a solvent dye. It exhibits dispersibility, transparency, clearness and fastness. It is very suitable for PS, ABS, PC, PET, PET (fiber/bottle) and PA. Papilion® Red S-A2G is available in Malaysia.

Papilion® Fluorescent Brightener S-FGR distributed by DKSH is a solvent dye. It exhibits dispersibility, transparency, clearness and fastness. It is very suitable for ABS, PC, PET, GPPS and suitable for PP & PA. Papilion® Fluorescent Brightener S-FGR is available in Malaysia.

Macrolex® Blue TP LXS 51151 by LANXESS is an organic high-performance solvent dye. It is designed to meet the needs of manufacturers seeking reliable, high-quality and sustainable coloration for even the most demanding applications.

NY-40NG by Modern Dispersions is a 40% nigrosine dye masterbatch. It offers deep jet-black color with minimal impact on physical properties in nylon compounds. Its applications include automotive and electronics.

ABSOPLAST SOLVENT RED 111 by Abstract Chemical is an anthraquinone-based solvent dye by Abstract Chemical. It is compatible with polystyrene, rigid PVC, PMMA, ABS/SAN, polyester and polycarbonate. It is free from extenders and delivered in a pure form. It is readily soluble in PES melt. ABSOPLAST SOLVENT RED 111 by Abstract Chemical offers high thermal stability and good light-, rub- & sublimation fastness. It provides good coloration and sparkling transparency. It is suitable for melt coloration or spin dyeing of filaments & fibers and bottle grade PET applications.
