WARADUR® OP distributed by DKSH is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. It acts as a nucleating-, release agent, flow improver, dispersing agent for color masterbatches and filled plastics (talc, glass fiber), gloss booster, surface improver.
- It is made from a fossil biological source.
- The corresponding esters in WARADUR® OP exhibit chain length in the range of C58-C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.
- It is compatible with thermoplastics such as PA, PBT, TPE, PC, PVC, styrenics, thermosets such as epoxy resins, phenolic resins and polyurethane.
- The maximum shelf life is 5 years.

ALTUGLAS® BS 130

ALTUGLAS® BS 130 by Trinseois a methylmethacrylate (MMA) copolymer compatible with PVC and all vinylic polymers. It acts as a matting agent.
- It possesses homogeneous effects, excellent reproducibility of recipes and minimal effect on mechanical properties such as impact strength, modulus, strain and even intrinsic weatherability (UV resistance) of beads.
- It provides excellent dispersion in polymers during melting and processing.
- It exhibits surface effects, anti-blocking and printability characteristics.
- It has high stability temperature (typical of PMMA >300°C) and therefore it is not degraded at all by usual processing conditions (shear and temperature) of PVC.
- Shows little effect on processing conditions like torque, pressure, melting temperature.
- It is used in the manufacturing of extruded opaque sheets in furnitures and thermoformable door panels, packaging, extruded profiles in sidings and window boards.
- Can be used in a broad range of formulations of flexible and rigid PVC with any type of additive including plasticizers, processing aids, fillers, pigments and stabilizers. Provides frost appearance in bottles.
- It is also used in making blown films to give transparent and opaque effects.
ALTUGLAS® BS 100

ALTUGLAS® BS 100 by Trinseo is a methylmethacrylate (MMA) copolymer. Acts as a matting agent. It exhibits surface effects, anti-blocking and printability characteristics. Shows perfect compatibility with PVC and all vinylic polymers. Provides excellent dispersion in polymers during melting and processing.

SYLYSIA SY470 by FUJI SILYSIA is a micronized synthetic amorphous silica-gel. It is highly versatile and can be used in plastics. It acts as an anti-blocking agent for polymer film. SYLYSIA SY470 is also an effective matting agent. Lower pore volume makes easier dispersion and lower impact on viscosity.
