Kickers for Plastic Compounds

Zinc based kicker. It is based on low volatility solvent giving it good fogging characteristics and rendering it suitable for use in the production of foamed vinyl for automotive, flooring and wall covering applications.

Potassium/zinc based kicker. Offers color hold and volatility with lower product viscosity. Used in flooring, wallcovering and leathercloth and GP Plastisols.

Goldstab 829 by Goldstab Organics is a foam kicker Cd / Zn heat stabilizer. Used for bottle seals, crown corks and foamed artificial leather (slow, medium, fast rates).

LFX -850 by KD Chem is Potassium-zinc complex. Acts as a heat stabilizer. Provides excellent color(white) and fine cell structure for high filler formulations. Also shows good compatibility with plasticizers and has fast foaming speed. LFX -850 is suitable for foamed emulsion PVC applications with high foaming ratio such as wall papers.

Baerostab Zinkcaprilat SW by Baerlocher acts as a stabilizer. It is a zinc-based compound. It is phosphite-free, 2-EHA-free, and cost-efficient. It shows a stabilization effect. It is used in closures for food.

Lankromark™ LZK484 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is potassium-zinc complex. It acts as a kicker. Exhibits good base color, color hold and volatility with lower product viscosity. Lankromark™ LZK484 is suitable for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) foams for use in flooring, wallcovering, coated fabrics, leather cloth and general-purpose plastisol.

Polystab OZ by CarboQuimica acts as a stabilizer. It is an organic zinc compound used as a kicker in expanded PVC. It acts as a foaming catalyst in vinyl fabric manufacturing processes. It reduces the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent. Polystab OZ is used in automotive & transport, footwear & leather goods, toy & decoration, textile, ball, home- and institutional upholstery.
