Emulsifiers for Plastic Compounds

Indulin™ AT distributed by DKSH is a purified form of kraft pine lignin. It is completely free of all reducing sugars and is ideal for use in a wide range of polymeric applications where solid dispersants or adsorption properties are required. ECO Tween™ 40 by Croda is a 100% bio-based, non-ionic surfactant used as versatile O/W emulsifier, dispersing agent, functional carrier fluid and solubilizer. It is easy to handle with good environmental and health profile. It is compatible with acrylic, vinylic, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. ECO Tween™ 40 finds application in liquid colorants. Complies with REACH, EU 10/2011 and FDA (175.105).

ECO Tween™ 80 is a 100% bio-based non-ionic surfactant by Croda. It acts as dispersing agent, o/w emulsifier, functional carrier fluid and solubilizer. It is easy to handle and offers good environmental & health profile. It allows high loading of pigment/fillers. It is compatible with acrylic, vinylic, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. ECO Tween™ 80 is used in liquid masterbatch application. Complies with REACH, EU 10/2011, FDA (175.105) and Swiss Ordinance A.

Glycolube® SML-20 by Arxada is a high HLB surfactant. It also acts as a lubricant, viscosity modifier, wetting agent and O/W emulsifier. It is an effective anti-fog agent in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and an anti-static agent in polyolefins.

ECO Tween™ 20 by Croda is a 100% bio-based, non-ionic surfactant used as versatile O/W emulsifier, dispersant, adjuvant, wetting agent and solubilizer. It is easy to handle and offers manufacturing flexibility. It is compatible with acrylic, vinylic, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. Tween™ 20 is used in liquid masterbatches. Complies with REACH, EU 10/2011, FDA (175.105) and Swiss Ordinance A.

RSAW® AL 30/T/ZA by Hunan Resun Auway Industrial is used as an emulsifier. It is 70% concentrated ammonium lauryl sulfate. RSAW® AL 30/T/ZA is suitable for use in rubber applications.

Span™ 85 by Croda acts as a non-ionic surfactant, w/o emulsifier and dispersing agent for a-polar liquids. It is a bio-based sorbitan tioleate primary emulsifier for inverse emulsion polymerisation. It is a liquid masterbatch suitable for acrylic/ vinylic/ UV, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. It is easy to handle with good environmental & health profile and low foaming properties. It allows high loading of pigments/ fillers. Span™ 85 complies with REACH and Swiss Ordinance A food contact approval.

Span™ 20 by Croda is a non-ionic surfactant, w/o & o/w co-emulsifier, pigment dispersant and carrier liquid. It is a bio-based sorbitan monolaurate based liquid masterbatch. It can be used for particle morphology control in S-PVC. Offers good environmental & health profile and highly efficient emulsification. Suitable for acrylic/ vinylic/ UV, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. Span™ 20 complies with REACH and food contact approvals EU 10/2011, FDA (175.105) and Swiss Ordinance A.

Disponil® SUS IC 680 by BASF is an emulsifier. It imparts good emulsifying and stabilizing properties. Disponil® SUS IC 680 is used in packaging applications.

Double pressed fatty acid. Used as an emulsifier, a gelling agent, a release agent and a pigment dispersant.
