Emulsifiers for Plastic Compounds

GRINDSTED® PS 426 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences acts as an antistatic additive in random copolymer polypropylene. It is an emulsifier blend manufactured from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable fatty acids. GRINDSTED® PS 426 provides outstanding performance without blooming problems in comparison to conventional GMS materials.

RHODACAL® 330 by Syensqo is an anionic emulsifier & surfactant. RHODACAL® 330 is used in emulsion polymerization.

IGEPAL® CA 620 by Syensqo is an APE-based, emulsifier and non-ionic surfactant. It is used in polyolefin films, acrylic & modified acrylic plastics, semi-rigid & rigid and rubber articles intended for repeated use. IGEPAL® CA 620 is listed in FDA.

GRINDSTED® AR 100 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences acts as an antistatic additive in random copolymer polypropylene. It is an emulsifier blend produced from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable fatty acids. GRINDSTED® AR 100 offers superior performance without blooming problems in comparison to conventional GMS materials.

High-purity saturated fatty acids. Used as an emulsifier, a gelling agent, a release agent, an anticaking agent, a foam depressant, a resin stabilizer, a suspension agent and a pigment dispersant. Offers very good color and color stability.

LIPAL® NTD by Lion Corporation is an anionic surfactant. It acts as a foaming stabilizer for latex emulsions. It is also used as an emulsifier for emulsion polymerization of synthetic rubbers, vinyl chloride and vinyl chloride/acryl.

Saturated fatty acid. Used as an emulsifier, a gelling agent, a release agent and a pigment dispersant.

High-purity mixture of saturated fatty acids. Used as an emulsifier, a gelling agent, a release agent and a pigment dispersant. Offers very good color, low iodine value and very good heat and color stability.

ECO Tween™ 80 is a 100% bio-based non-ionic surfactant by Croda. It acts as dispersing agent, o/w emulsifier, functional carrier fluid and solubilizer. It is easy to handle and offers good environmental & health profile. It allows high loading of pigment/fillers. It is compatible with acrylic, vinylic, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. ECO Tween™ 80 is used in liquid masterbatch application. Complies with REACH, EU 10/2011, FDA (175.105) and Swiss Ordinance A.

ECO Tween™ 40 by Croda is a 100% bio-based, non-ionic surfactant used as versatile O/W emulsifier, dispersing agent, functional carrier fluid and solubilizer. It is easy to handle with good environmental and health profile. It is compatible with acrylic, vinylic, epoxy, natural oils, waxes, esters, polyesters and polyurethane. ECO Tween™ 40 finds application in liquid colorants. Complies with REACH, EU 10/2011 and FDA (175.105).
