BRUGGOLEN® C20P by Brüggemann is 17% blocked diisocyanate in caprolactam. Acts as an activator in the anionic polymerization of caprolactam. It is used along with a catalyst, BRUGGOLEN® C10. It enables the production of homogenous polyamide cast parts of a reproducible high quality with short production cycles and at low casting temperatures. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® C20P is 0.5 - 1.5 wt%. The shelf life of the grade is at least 12 months.

BRUGGOLEN® C10 by Brüggemann is 17-19% sodium caprolactamate in caprolactam. Acts as a catalyst in the anionic polymerization of caprolactam. It is used along with an activator BRUGGOLEN® C20P (solid) or BRUGGOLEN® C235 (liquid). It enables the production of homogenous polyamide cast parts of a reproducible high quality with short production cycles (demolding after less than 10 minutes) and at low casting temperatures (melt: 110-140°C, mold: 130-170°C). It can be processed using cast film extrusion. The dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® C10 is 0.8 - 2.2 wt.%. The shelf life of the grade is at least 6 months.

BRUGGOLEN® P252 by Brüggemann is a synergistic mixture of various nucleating and lubricating substances. It is a very effective crystallization accelerator for thermoplastic polyesters, inducing a very fine and homogenous crystalline structure. It is designed for use in injection molding and extrusion. It offers improved mold release, improved dimensional stability and reduction of post–shrinkage and prevention of stress cracking of finished product. Moreover, it provides improved surface gloss, less streaks and mechanical properties (increase of tensile strength and stiffness). It is suitable for processing by dry blending and compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. It is compatible with polyesters (PET and PBT). Recommended dosage level of BRUGGOLEN® P252 is 0.2-0.5%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. It has a shelf life of 12 months under (closed, dry, 25°C) conditions.

ROBAC SRM102 PM60 distributed by DKSH is an accelerator designed for polychloroprene rubber (CR). It is a safe alternative to ethylene thiourea (ETU). Vulcanizates cured with Robac SRM102 give properties comparable to those cured with ETU.

• It can cure CR through a wide range of temperature.
• It is a specially prepared blend of Robac SRM102 nominally 60%, in a polymeric binding system with very few, misshapes or fines.
• Additionally, it can be used to cure many other rubbers including ECO, EPDM, NR and CIIR.
• Using ROBAC SRM102 PM60 it is possible to reduce the zinc oxide levels in a CR cure system without affecting the physical or rheological properties of the final vulcanizate.
• It is available in Thailand and Vietnam.

Wacker® Catalyst N2 distributed by DKSH is a tertiary amine which has a strong influence on promoting the urethane (polyolisocyanate) reaction in a variety of flexible and rigid foam as well as CASE applications. It is used as a gelation catalyst.

• It effectively control the gelling reaction during foam formation.
• It imparts high level of activity and good physical properties with easy handling.
• Wacker® Catalyst N2 is used in a wide range of polyurethane foams, including flexible molded, semi-flexible, polyether slab stock and low-density spray foams.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
• It is available in India.

SILMASTAB AL2690 CAT by Silma is a crosslinking catalyst in silane crosslinkable compounds for XLPE and XL-EPR for cable applications. It is a masterbatch of tin compounds (DOTDL, medium concentration), antioxidants (including metal deactivator), stabilizers and processing aid on polyolefin universal carrier.

• It is particularly suitable for insulation and sheathing for silane crosslinkable HFFR compounds.
• It is compatible with other additives like color masterbatches and UV-stabilizers.
• It does not contain any forbidden substance listed into the RoHS.
• The recommended dosage level is 3-6% depending on the thickness of insulation & sheathing, and on the method to crosslinking (ambient or sauna).
• SILMASTAB AL2690 CAT has a shelf life of 1 year.

SILMASTAB AL2691 CAT by Silma is a crosslinking catalyst in silane crosslinkable compounds for XLPE and XL-EPR for cable applications. It is a masterbatch of tin compounds (DOTDL, high concentration), antioxidants (including metal deactivator), stabilizers and processing aid on polyolefin universal carrier.

• It is compatible with other additives like color masterbatches and UV-stabilizers.
• SILMASTAB AL2691 CAT is particularly suitable for insulation and sheathing for silane crosslinkable HFFR compounds.
• The recommended dosage level is 3-5% depending on the thickness of insulation & sheathing, and on the method to crosslinking (ambient or sauna).
• It does not contain any forbidden substance listed into the RoHS.
• It has a shelf life of 1 year.

-Butylmagnesium chloride, typ. 20 % solution in THF (typ. 1.7 M) by Albemarle acts as a catalyst. It is a yellowish to dark-brown solution.

VENLOMC DBTDL by Syntheo is a premium quality dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst for foaming polyurethane. It is used in the manufacture of polyether and polyester based urethane polymers. It catalyzes esterification reactions, transesterification reactions and polycondensation reactions. It ensures consistent and controlled polymerization.
