INCIRCLE® IP1417 by Ingenia is a liquid phosphite antioxidant in combination with other stabilizers in a polyethylene carrier resin. It provides the best performance for improved PE PCR recyclate quality. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates. It minimizes the yellowing of recycled polyethylene compared to traditional solid phosphite-phenol blends (IP1415).
- It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film, injection molding, blown film-, cast film- and sheet extrusion applications.
- It maintains the original melt flow, improves long term thermal stability and is particularly suitable for use with reprocessed material.

BRUGGOLEN® H10 by Brüggemann is a phosphonate processing stabilizer and synergist. It not only protects against polymer degradation during processing, but also prolongs lifetime of polymers. It protects against yellowing under outdoor conditions and offers very low volatility. It is stable at highest processing temperatures and is very effective in the regeneration of fiber waste materials. Suited mainly for polyamides and polyesters, it can also be used as processing stabilizer against discoloration and degradation, co-stabilizer to antioxidant and in the polymerization of polyamides. BRUGGOLEN® H10 can be processed using extrusion, dry-blending and injection molding. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3% and it has a shelf life of at least 12 months.

BRUGGOLEN® H161 by Brüggemann is a synergistic mixture of sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants and phosphonates in powder form. Acts as a non-discoloring antioxidant and heat stabilizer. Provides excellent protection against embrittlement and premature fatigue of the mechanical properties of the finished parts under long term stress, both in unreinforced and glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled polymers. Offers long term heat stability in applications up to 150°C, efficient process stabilization against yellowing and degradation, low volatility during processing, excellent compatibility, low extractability, high efficiency especially in glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled polyamides, complete dispersion, giving clear transparent films and fibers, no deposits (‘plate-out’) in fiber spinning. BRUGGOLEN® H161 is compatible with polyamides (PA6, PA6.6, PA11, PA12, PA copolymers), but also in other thermoplastics such as polyesters (PET, PBT), polycarbonates (PC) and their blends, styrenics (PS, ABS, SAN) and polypropylene (PP). It can be processed using extrusion, injection molding and dry-blending. Recommended dosage is about 0.2-1.0%, depending on the polymer and the desired properties of the finished parts. It has a shelf life of at least 12 months.

BRUGGOLEN® H164 by Brüggemann is a non-discoloring antioxidant and heat stabilizer. It is a synergistic mixture of sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants and phosphonates in powder form. Exhibits low volatility during processing, no deposits (‘plate-out’) on the finished parts after conditioning, excellent compatibility and low extractability. This additive offers no corrosion or electro corrosion and contains no ionic components, ions & halogenides. It provides excellent dispersion, easy handling and accurate dosing. It is used for the stabilization of polyamides against thermal aging in unfilled and glass-reinforced polyamides. The addition to the polymer melt is best done by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. Recommended for electrical and electronics (E&E) applications (CTI 600V) at elevated temperatures. The level of addition of BRUGGOLEN® TP-H2062 is 4.0-6.0%, depending on the desired properties of the finished parts. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.

IP1355 by Ingenia is a UV/antioxidant masterbatch in an LLDPE carrier resin. It contains hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) which regenerate themselves, providing long-lasting UV stabilization. It is effective at low concentrations, offering superior resistance to discoloration caused by gas fading.
