Additives for Liquid System for Plastic Compounds

Gardobond® Additive H 7488 distributed by DKSH is an additive used as wetting agent during the PET recycling process. It is based on a special blend of surfactants with a high wetting power and a high affinity with plastic material.

• It is able to lower the solid-liquid surface tension and to optimize the floating process between PET and PE/HDPE.
• In this way any air bubbles deposited on flake surface are removed allowing the complete wetting of the substrate.
• It possesses the ability to inhibit foaming and can be used in a wide range of temperature.

Addovate® 390 by LANXESS is a non-hydrolyzable silicone stabilizer for the production of PUR rigid foam. It is a very versatile stabilizer of medium to high activity with additional excellent emulsifying properties. The reduction of cell defects and reliable stabilization can be achieved in both slow and fast systems. It can also act as a blowing agent. It finds application in insulations of appliances, pipe insulations, continuously or discontinuously produced panels and cavity foaming. Recommended dosage level is 2 parts by weight on 100 parts by weight polyol. Addovate® 390 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Addovate® TX by LANXESS is an ionic emulsifier or stabilizer for the production of PUR ester flexible slab-stock foam. It is used in combination with Addovate® TX to achieve good foaming control resulting in fine cell structure. Recommended dosage level is 1-3 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight polyester polyol. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Addovate® EM by LANXESS is a non-ionic emulsifier designed for PUR ester flexible slab-stock foam. It functions as an emulsifier for water, catalyst and polyester polyol. It improves the open-cell structure of foams. It is used in combination with Addovate® EM and small amounts of silicone stabilizers for the production of foam for textile applications. Recommended dosage level is 1-4 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight polyester polyol. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

Licowax® OP powder distributed by DKSH is a partly saponified ester wax of montanic acids. It is used in masterbatch & compounders and polymer producers. Licowax® OP powder is available in APAC region (South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand).

Ceridust® 9615 A distributed by DKSH is a slip and rub resistance additive in all kind of printing ink and coating systems. It is a micronized blend of polyethylene and amide wax. It is used in masterbatch, compounders and polymer producers. Ceridust® 9615 A is available in APAC region (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam).

Indulin™ AT distributed by DKSH is a purified form of kraft pine lignin. It is completely free of all reducing sugars and is ideal for use in a wide range of polymeric applications where solid dispersants or adsorption properties are required. Indulin™ AT is available in Europe region (Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Netherlands, Italy, Israel, Hungary, Greece, Germany, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Austria, Australia).

GC GMS 40 by Greenchemicals is a mixture of mono- and diglycerides together with some triglycerides, free glycerin and free fatty acids. It is suitable as a water-in-oil emulsifier and is used as a plasticizer in the plastics industry.

• GC GMS 40 is recommended for thermosetting resins, textile- & rubber industry, polyolefins and PVC.

SURFYNOL® TG distributed by DKSH is a low-foaming, nonionic wetting agent for pigment and substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It is recommended for use in waterborne coatings and other pigmented aqueous systems.

• It also provides excellent wetting as well as excellent foam control to coagulant baths for both natural and synthetic rubber dipping process and in the preparation of latex tank compounds.
• SURFYNOL® TG is available in APAC region (Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand and Philippines).

Addovate® WM by Lanxess is a non-ionic dispersant or emulsifier for the production of PUR ester flexible slab-stock foam. It is used in combination with Addovate® SM. It is designed to homogeneously disperse water, water-insoluble catalysts and paraffin oil in the activator batch and to aid the mixing of reaction components in the mixing chamber. Recommended dosage level is 1-2 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight polyester polyol. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
