Presented solutions for thermal stability
The company presented BRUGGOLEN TP-H2217 for high-temperature applications. It is a halogen- and metal-free stabilizer for aliphatic polyamides, offering thermal aging resistance, good dispersion, and no corrosion. Suitable for E&E uses (CTI 600 V), it is added at 3.0–6.0% via twin-screw compounding.
For applications with lower temperature requirements, the company also discussed BRUGGOLEN TP-H2501 as an alternative within its stabilization portfolio.
Overall, discussions at the event reflected continued focus on stabilizer systems for polyamides used in electrification-related applications, where thermal resistance, electrical performance, and long-term durability remain key material selection factors.
