EUROPRENE® 1500 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion. It is produced using a process known as cold polymerization that employs rosin acid and fatty acid soaps as emulsifiers. During manufacture, a non-staining antioxidant is applied. It is devoid of all nitrosating agents as well as practically all pre-formed nitrosamines and nitrosable materials. It is a multipurpose rubber with high tack qualities and outstanding processability as well as mechanical and abrasion resistance. Even when it is adequately mixed, its resistance to weather and oil is limited. EUROPRENE® 1500 can be used for outdoor purposes. It can be used for hoses, conveyor belts, new tire treads, and other mechanical products. It has a shelf life of 18 months. EUROPRENE® SOL T 166 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a linear block copolymer obtained by anionic polymerization. It is based on styrene and butadiene, where bound styrene is 30% by weight. A non-staining antioxidant system is added during the production process. It provides excellent dispersibility and processability, combined with high strength and elasticity. It also functions as a toughening agent in polymer modification and plastic recycling. It is used in compounding for both footwear and technical applications. It is also suitable for bitumen modification in both waterproofing membranes and road pavement applications. EUROPRENE® SOL T 166 has a shelf life of 18 months. EUROPRENE® N 2845 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It is characterized by good processability, medium mineral oil resistance and good flexibility at low temperatures. The vulcanization can be performed by sulfur-based systems or by peroxides. The low-temperature properties can be improved by adding polar plasticizers as synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phthalic acids. To improve heat, light and ozone resistance, suitable protective agents as amine or phenolic antioxidants have to be added in the compounding process. It is used in automotive & industrial seals, textile industry articles, oil industry holds, stoppers, stamps and dampers. EUROPRENE® N 2845 has a shelf life of 24 months. EUROPRENE® SOL R 72613 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a microstructure, solution polymerized, styrene-butadiene random copolymer, produced by the batch polymerization process. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It exhibits molecular weight distribution to provide a good trade-off between processability and final properties. Recommended applications include silica-based compounds for low rolling resistance tire treads. EUROPRENE® SOL R 72613 complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations. EUROPRENE® N 3945 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. The vulcanization can be performed using a sulfur-based system or with peroxides. The low-temperature properties can be improved by adding polar plasticizers as synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phthalic acids. To improve heat, light and ozone resistance, suitable protective agents as amine or phenolic antioxidants have to be added in the compounding process. The high ACN content confers to compounds based on EUROPRENE® N 3945 has good hardness properties, good oil and aliphatic hydrocarbon swelling resistance. It is used in a wide range of technical articles requiring good processability and a very high oil and fuel resistance. It has a shelf life of 24 months. EUROPRENE® SOL TH 2315 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a linear, high molecular weight styrene ethylene butadiene (SEBS) triblock copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant and 32% bound styrene content. It is a non-staining and TNPP-free grade. Designed to be formulated with high contents of processing oils and mineral fillers. Exhibits excellent elasticity, tensile, flowability, hardness, excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Suitable for technical compound applications. EUROPRENE® SOL TH 2315 has a shelf life of 24 months. EUROPRENE® 1502 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general-purpose styrene butadiene copolymer grade obtained by cold polymerization using a mixture of rosin acid and fatty acid soaps as emulsifiers. It contains non-staining antioxidant and is free from any nitrosating agent. Exhibits good processability, mechanical properties, abrasion-, oil- and weather resistance. Suitable for use in outdoor applications, tyre manufacturing, footwear, sheeting, flooring and light-colored mechanical goods. EUROPRENE® 1502 has a shelf life of 18 months. EUROPRENE® SOL R 72614 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a microstructure, solution polymerized, styrene-butadiene random copolymer, produced by batch polymerization process. It is extended with TDAE oil and contains a non-staining antioxidant. Exhibits molecular weight distribution to provide a good trade-off between processability and final properties. Recommended applications include silica based compounds for low rolling resistance tyre treads. EUROPRENE® SOL R 72614 complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations. EUROPRENE® SOL R X 72615 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a solution polymerized, dry styrene-butadiene random copolymer rubber. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It provides good balance between wet grip and rolling resistance in tire tread compounds. It improves polymer or filler interaction especially with carbon black. EUROPRENE® SOL R X 72615 is suitable for all-season tire treads. It complies with UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. The shelf life is 12 months. EUROPRENE® NEOCIS BR 450 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a solution high cis polybutadiene polymer grade, produced with an organometallic neodymium catalyst. A non-staining, TNPP-free, antioxidant is added during the production process. It is free from nitrosating agents, pre-formed nitrosamines and nitrosable substances. Exhibits high resilience/rebound, low glass transition temperature and enhanced low temperature performance. Offers excellent resistance to abrasion, fatigue cracking- and crack growth. Recommended for camelback, conveyor belts, technical goods, hoses, golf balls, tyre tread and sidewall applications. EUROPRENE® NEOCIS BR 450 complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.

Europrene® by Versalis (Eni Group) are styrenic block copolymers obtained via a polymerization technique that enables the production of thermoplastic elastomers differentiated by chemical composition, molecular weight and molecular architecture, allowing linear and star copolymers.
The Europrene® series include:
- SOL T Series 6000 and 160: Dry SBS grades. Soft, flexible and compatible with PE and PS. Used in footwears and technical compounds
- SOL T series 170: Oil extended SBS grades. Combines intrinsic softness with abrasion resistance. Used in footwears and technical compounds
- SOL T series 9000 and 190: SIS grades. Due to their excellent tack, they are used in hot melts, PSA and sealants
- SOL TH series 2000: SEBS grades. Outstanding aging resistance. Exhibit excellent flexibility in the compounding stage
