DUTRAL® TER 4039 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general-purpose ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a semi-crystalline terpolymer of high molecular weight and medium diene content. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It shows low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. DUTRAL® TER 4039 has high green strength, good collapse resistance and can accept a high level of filler. Its based compounds exhibit fast extrusion speed, fast curing, high cure state and good mechanical properties. It is suitable for automotive, cables, mechanical goods, buildings, appliances and polymer modification. It has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® TER 4033 by Versalis (Eni Group) is ethylene-propylene diene polymer. It is produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a semi-crystalline and very low molecular weight terpolymer with medium diene content. It shows low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging, weathering, chemicals, high- and low temperatures. Exhibit fast extrusion speed, fast curing and high state of cure. Suitable in the production of high hardness extruded profiles (HHP). It is a non-staining antioxidant and is added during the production process. DUTRAL® TER 4033 is designed for automotive, cables and mechanical goods. It has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® OCP 2550 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a high molecular weight ethylene-propylene diene (EPDM) copolymer rubber. It is produced by suspension polymerization using Ziegler-Natta catalyst. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Exhibits excellent resistance to aging, weathering, chemicals, low permanent set values, high- and low temperatures. It shows good thickening power, excellent shear stability and superior low temperature behavior. Used in oil viscosity modifiers. Complies with UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. DUTRAL® OCP 2550 has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® CO 059 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer grade. It is produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a high molecular weight grade and can accept high level of filler maintaining good low temperature properties. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Exhibits low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging, weathering, chemicals, high- and low temperatures. Used in polymer modification, mechanical goods and building. DUTRAL® CO 059 has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® CO 038 PL by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a semi-crystalline, medium-high molecular weight copolymer. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It exhibits low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. It shows superior green strength and can accept a large amount of filler. It is applicable in automotive, cables and polymer modification. DUTRAL® CO 038 PL has a shelf life of 9 months. DUTRAL® CO 033 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a semi-crystalline, low molecular weight copolymer characterized by high green strength. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It exhibits low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. It is insoluble in water. It is applicable in automotive belts, cables and polymer modification. DUTRAL® CO 033 has a shelf life of 36 months. Dutral® CO 034 PL by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is a semi-crystalline, low molecular weight copolymer. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It exhibits low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. It finds applications in cables, polymer modification and oil viscosity modifier. DUTRAL® CO 034 PL has a shelf life of 6 months. DUTRAL® TER 6537 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general-purpose ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It shows low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. It is a very high molecular weight terpolymer of medium-high diene content, extended with 50% paraffinic oil. It has good low-temperature performances, high green strength and very fast curing. It can accept the highest amount of filler and plasticizer. It can be used for producing low hardness and high elastic compounds. It is applicable in automotive, mechanical goods, buildings and appliances. DUTRAL® TER 6537 has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® TER 4047 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an ethylene-propylene polymer produced by suspension polymerization using a Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. It is an amorphous medium-high molecular weight terpolymer of medium diene content. Its based compounds exhibit fast extrusion speed, fast curing, high cure state and excellent low temperature behavior. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It shows low permanent set values, excellent resistance to aging & weathering and good resistance towards chemicals, high- and low temperatures. It is suitable for automotive, mechanical goods and buildings. DUTRAL® TER 4047 has a shelf life of 36 months. DUTRAL® TER 7040 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a general-purpose ethylene propylene rubber. It is a high molecular weight terpolymer grade and non-staining antioxidant. It is produced by suspension polymerization using an improved Ziegler-Natta Catalyst. Exhibits low permanent set values, high mechanical properties, excellent resistance to aging, weathering, chemicals, high- and low temperatures. Also exhibits high loading capacity, easier dispersion of ingredients during mixing, good dimensional stability and low temperature elasticity. Designed for mechanical goods, buildings, compact profile and automotive applications. DUTRAL® TER 7040 is processed by extrusion. It has a shelf life of 36 months.

DUTRAL® by Versalis (Eni Group) are amorphous elastomers with a saturated backbone. Average molecular weight of the grades can be roughly related to mooney viscosity and has an effect on processability, shape stability, and mechanical properties.
