Possesses very high ductility and toughness over a wide temperature range. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. EMERGE™ PC 8330 is used in lighting and LCD TV Housings. Complies with UL94 V-0 Flame Rating. EMERGE™ PC 8030-15 by Trinseo is an ignition resistant advanced polycarbonate resin. It contains no brominated, chlorinated or phosphorous based additives. EMERGE™ PC 4350-7 (IC1300068) by Trinseo is an advanced, flame retardant polycarbonate resin. Exhibits a balance in optical efficiency and hot spot hiding. Provides high impact resistance, high thermal stability, excellent weatherability, energy efficiency, durability and long life. Meets UL746c f1 standards for UV and water immersion requirements. EMERGE™ PC 4350-7 (IC1300068) is suitable for processing by injection-blow molding. Used in globe bulb covers. Complies with UL 94 V2 flame rating. EMERGE™ PC/ABS 7360E65 by Trinseo is a PFAS free, halogenated additives free, flame retardant, polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) blend. EMERGE™ PC/PET 9500CR by Trinseo is a blend of polycarbonate (PC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It shows outstanding chemical- and ignition resistance properties. It possesses good aesthetics, excellent toughness and is effective against the nine leading chemical antagonists. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. EMERGE™ PC/PET 9500CR is recommended for monitoring devices: housings & covers that are subjected to repeated exposure to a variety of cleaners and disinfectants commonly used in hospitals. A limited biocompatibility testing has been completed (ISO 10993 Parts 5 and 10) for this grade. EMERGE™ PC 8600ECO-10 by Trinseo is an advanced polycarbonate resin containing 75% post -consumer recycled (PCR) polycarbonate. It does not contain chlorine, bromine or phosphate additives. EMERGE™ PC 8600ECO-10 possesses ignition resistivity, excellent processability & good mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. It is designed for injection molding method. Recommended for electronics & electrical appliances, charger & adaptor enclosures and information technology equipment. EMERGE™ PC 8230-15 by Trinseo is an UV stabilized, advanced translucent polycarbonate resin. Is a non-bromine, non-chlorine and phosphate free flame retardant. Provides UV light resistance, ignition resistance, mechanical performance, excellent processing characteristics and high heat resistance. Possesses mold release, very high ductility and toughness over a wide temperature range. EMERGE™ PC 8230-15 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in electrical components, fixtures and enclosures. Complies with global environmental standards and UL94 Flammability Rating of V-0 and 5VA.
