Titalon® 2250AF by Titan Plastics Compounds is a natural colored polyamide 66 (PA66) resin reinforced with glass fiber, aramid fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) exhibiting wear resistance. Designed for processing by injection molding. Titalon® 2250AF used in gears, parts of vehicle, pneumatic tools and mechanical parts. Complies with UL flammability regulations. Titalon® 1300GF by Titan Plastics Compounds is a natural colored polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits high stiffness, high strength, low shrinkage, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons and high water absorption than polyamide 66 (PA66).<br>

This grade is inflammable and insoluble in water. Designed for processing by injection molding. It is used in slider of CVT for motorcycle and parts for ball screw. Titalon® 2200CF complies with UL flammability regulations. Titalon® 4182TFS by Titan Plastics Compounds is a polyamide 4,6 (PA 4,6) resin reinforced with 18% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and 2% silicone. Exhibits high sliding properties, excellent mechanical properties at high temperature environment, good chemical resistance, outstanding wear & abrasion resistance for moving parts, low flash point and high stiffness/strength. Cycle time of this grade is faster than PPS, PA6T, and PCT due to high crystal. It can be used as a replacement of thermoset and high cost plastics. Designed for processing by injection molding. Titalon® 4182TFS used in slider & weight roller of motorcycle CVT and plastics parts of automotive applications. Complies with UL flammability regulations. Titalon® 3318TF by Titan Plastics Compounds is a lubricated polyamide 12 (PA12) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber and 18% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Exhibits wear resistance, low noise, low water absorption, balanced mechanical properties at low temperature, excellent impact, weather resistance, good chemical resistance and an ability to accept high loading of fillers.
