Sarlink® TPE ME-2180B by Teknor Apex is a general purpose, UV resistant thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade by Teknor Apex, reinforced with filler. Exhibits medium hardness, high density, good adhesion and good processability. Provides chemical resistance, good flexibility, good flow, good toughness and high specific gravity. Sarlink® TPE ME-2180B by Teknor Apex is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in rubber replacement and automotive exterior applications. Meets RoHS. Sarlink® TPV 24545 by Teknor Apex is a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits excellent flexural fatigue endurance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 24545 by Teknor Apex can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Designed for applications like gaskets, glazing, grommets, plugs, weatherstripping, expansion joints, shock absorbing pads and tubing. Exhibits no cracking or tackiness at temperatures up to 135°C and excellent property retention after heat aging. Provides good elastic recovery for noise reduction and is abrasion resistant. Suitable for dryer components, door seals, gaskets, and drum rollers. Sarlink® 4160BW2 is RoHS-compliant and designed for a UL 94 burn rating of HB.
