Creamid® A3H7G12.2S*92VW/2 by Teknor Apex is a high-performance polyamide grade reinforced with 60% glass fiber. Exhibits greater dimensional stability, lower water absorption, higher tensile strength, better flow properties, improved chemical resistance and enhanced surface aesthetics compared with standard glass-filled polyamide. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Shows wider processing window, more efficient filling of complex or thin-wall cavities, reduced part warpage and reduction in the number of gates or knit lines. A lower clamp force also opens the possibility of increasing the number of cavities or running parts in a smaller, less costly molding press. Provides high flow, superior surface finish and improved property retention in comparison with standard glass-filled FR polyamide 66. Creamid® 240 H7.5 by Teknor Apex are a series of high-heat, glass-reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) compounds. Provides high strength, stiffness, good mechanical properties and good resistance towards heat and chemicals. Offers reduced water absorption, low levels of creep and excellent processability. These new materials exhibit lower melt and mold temperatures than PA 66 and PPA, short cycle times and good flow properties. They are suitable for injection molding. Creamid® 240 H7.5 compounds are used for automotive under-hood components such as charge air cooler end caps, air intake manifolds, quick-fit connectors, radiator end tanks, turbo air ducts and resonators, oil pump wheels, EGR valves and thermostatic casings. These can also be used in diode carriers, bobbins, lamp sockets and connectors.

It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Creamid® A3H7G3.2S HFFR is currently in use for an automotive engine cover, having met an OEM specification for property retention after heat aging at 170°C. Creamid® P3H2G10*9217 by Teknor Apex is polyamide 6 grade. It can be processed by injection molding. It is available in pellet form. It provides 15-25% improved tensile properties in conditioned state. It shows high tensile elastic modulus and strength at break. It exhibits high flow and better surface characteristics even in highly glass-filled formulations. It can absorb nearly one-third less water at saturation than standard grades. It is based on advanced formulation technology which is used to lower the moisture uptake of a broad range of polyamide 6- and 6/66-based compounds.
