Chemlon® 100 H by Teknor Apex is a general purpose, heat-stabilized polyamide 66 (Nylon 66) grade with lubricant. Exhibits good toughness, good processability and high strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Chemlon® 100 H is used in appliances, automotive and electrical/electronic applications. Chemlon® 109-33 GH BY Teknor Apex is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (Nylon 66) grade reinforced with 33% glass fiber. Exhibits good creep resistance, good processability, high strength, good toughness and good impact resistance. Provides high performance in terms of stiffness and heat- & chemical- resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive (under-hood, under-chassis, exterior, and interior components), buildings and construction industry (window hinge end cap, drapery and blind hardware, high impact roofing bolts, DIY wall plug fixtures, small diameter plumbing fittings, PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories and conservatory roof brackets). Chemlon® 235G is a polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber. Offers a balance between mechanical performance, surface finish and mold release characteristics. Provides high performance in terms of stiffness and heat- & chemical- resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automoive (under-hood, under-chassis, exterior, and interior components), buildings and construction industry (window hinge end cap, drapery and blind hardware, high impact roofing bolts, DIY wall plug fixtures, small diameter plumbing fittings, PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories and conservatory roof brackets). Complies with UL 94. Chemlon® 60CF4 by Teknor Apex is a polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Has good overall rigidity, low density, improved electrical conductivity and strength. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in bearings & machine parts, buildings and construction industry (window hinge end cap, drapery and blind hardware, high impact roofing bolts, DIY wall plug fixtures, small diameter plumbing fittings, PVC Window frame fixtures, spacers and accessories and conservatory roof brackets). Complies with UL 94. Chemlon® 235-10 GM by Teknor Apex is a polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) grade reinforced with 35% glass fiber and 10% mineral. Exhibits good dimensional stability, high rigidity and wrap resistant. Provides high performance in terms of stiffness, high strength and heat- & chemical- resistance. Chemlon® MD82 is used in electrical & electronic industry (electrical switches, housings, connectors, terminal blocks and bobbins). Chemlon® 109 H by Teknor Apex is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (Nylon 66) grade. Exhibits good impact resistance, low temperature impact resistance, good toughness, high strength and good processablity. Chemlon® 109 H is suitable for processing by injection molding. Complies with UL 94 and automotive specifications such as FORD ESA-M4D379-B, FORD WSB-M4D666-A, FORD WSK-M4D666-A, GM GMP.PA66.021, GM GMP.PA66.062 Color: Black and GM GMP.PA66.062 Color: Natural.
