ESPOLEX® 4855

ESPOLEX® 4855 by Sumitomo Chemical is a recyclable, high performance, thermoplastic polyolefinic elastomer (TPE) which can be blended with polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). It exhibits flexibility, rubber-like elasticity and feeling. It provides resistance to heat-, ozone-, UV-, chemicals-, polar solvents-, acids-, alkali-, water-, mineral oil-, gasoline- and aromatic hydrocarbon-type products. It is suitable for processing by extrusion, calendaring, injection and blow molding. ESPOLEX® 4855 is used in automotive interior skin, sheet and tube applications.

It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ESPOLEX® 3775 is used in automotive interior (grips), the automotive exterior (mold), gaskets, bathroom articles, mats and over-molding applications.
