This grade is processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound YF006A is suitable for electrical industry and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ AM AF004XXAR1 by SABIC is a PFAS-free, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin containing 20% glass fiber designed for large format additive manufacturing (LFAM) applications. This grade offers easy processability, low warpage and good print surface quality. It is a good candidate material for a broad range of applications and tooling, including thermoforming and vacuum forming. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ AM AF004XXAR1 is processed by extrusion. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UX06032 by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, flame retarded, non chlorinated & brominated polyphthalamide (PPA) resin that is filled with 30% glass fiber. This heat stabilized grade offers high stiffness, strength and heat resistance. It is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive under the hood and consumer applications like commercial appliances. It exhibits high stiffness & strength and temperature resistance. It offers good processability and easy molding. It can be processed by injection molding. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound JF004EXP is used in constructions, building components, consumer applications like personal accessory, sports/leisures and home & commercial appliances. It is suitable for electrical industry and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ Compound UF00ASW by SABIC is a compound based on PFAS-free, polyphthalamide (PPA) resin that is filled with 50% glass fiber. This is heat stabilized & hot water moldable grade.
