FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD944 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, low warpage, thin-walled, non-reinforced, creep resistant, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-halogenated, flame retarded, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is used in electronic & electrical applications such as mobile phones, computer and tablets. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD944 (Europe) is processed by wire extrusion coating. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirement and is IEC 60754 compliant. It is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications such as optical fiber cable jacketing.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD933 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, non-reinforced, non-halogenated flame retarded blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It offers hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is a creep resistant, non-brominated and non-chlorinated grade. It exhibits low warpage, superior thermal & dimensional stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD933 (Americas) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. Recommended for electronic and electrical applications such as mobile phones, computer and tablets. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirement and is intended for evaluation in AC cable insulation applications such as HD 21.14 flexible cables. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.
