FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD855 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unfilled, impact resistant, halogen free flame retarded polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) blend. It exhibits superior thermal stability, low war page, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It is a flexible, creep resistant, non-brominated and non-chlorinated grade. It offers dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is also recommended for mobile phones, computers and tablets. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD855 (Americas) is processed by wire extrusion coating. Recommended for thin-walled applications, AC cable jacket applications that require UL62 at 90C or 105C temperature rating and black color, electrical and electronic applications. It meets UL 1581 VW-1 requirements.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD883A (Americas) is recommended for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers & tablets. It is suitable for wire extrusion coatings. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirements. It is developed for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications such as HD 21.14 flexible cables that require EU VDE and dark color.
